My favorite bars in Barcelona

Barcelona is a great place to hang out, drink some beer and get to now new people. It’s filled with fun bars and places to have some drinks, here are the once I hung out at the most.

Al Sur

This is my favorite place for mojitos, there only 3,5 euros and quite sweet. A friend of mine introduced me to this place and I fell in love right away. It’s a cozy environment and a great place to hang out! It’s close to Urquinaona station and I think (might be wrong here) it’s on Carrer de Sant Pere Más Alt.

Antic Teatre

Just a minute away from Al Sur is Antic Teatre, beeing here feels like sitting in a secret garden and it’s just perfect for a warm summer night.

The Lime House

Having a hard time even describing this place, we hung out here a lot and I have some really fun memories from this bar. Mojitos here are only 3 euros and really strong, something we learned the hard way. It has great places to sit, a welcoming decor and friendly bartenders. Located at Carrer dels Carders 31.

Crêps and Cocktails

Here the drinks are a bit more expensive, about 8 euros, but so worth it! It’s a small and cozy bar, so it can be hard to get a table, but standing is no problem. The bartenders not only make great drinks but are friendly, happy and not shy to put on a show. The vibe is very up beat, lamps are swinging from the table and it’s over all a great atmosphere. Located at Passeig del Born 12.

Polaroid Bar

Entering Polariod Bar is like going back to the 90s, there are polaroid pictures on the walls, video games and all kinds of retro things on shelves and often they hand out free popcorn. It’s a great place to hang out and drink some beer. Located at Carrer dels Còdols 29.
